Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an electrical cooking device having a heating device in which manufacturing stage is simple, a heating source is not deformed or dropped and a uniform distribution of temperature is attained by a method wherein a pitch of the heating source disposed at a central part is larger than a pitch of the heating source disposed at an outer circumference in a heating zone. CONSTITUTION:A heating device 5 is constructed such that its upper surface is opened, a heat insulating member 7 having the same shape as that of the heating device is disposed inside an outer cylindrical frame 6 having a bottom part. Heating sources 4 composed of a halogen lamp are disposed at right and left sides of a central part through the outer frame 6 and the thermal insulating member 7. Normally, in the event that a plurality of heating sources 4 such as halogen lamps are disposed, it is preferable that the lamps are spaced apart by more than three times of a diameter of the lamp so as to eliminate a relative thermal interference of the heating sources 4 such as halogen lamps.
