下面に生じた小突起6を研摩して除去し、次いで第3図
a、bに示す如く再び口金素材lを基盤3′に載せて所
定位置にセットし、リーマ(図示省略)により導入孔5
の底に長方形の吐出孔7を順次加工し、この吐出孔7の
加工により口金素材1の下面における吐出孔7の開口縁
に生じたばり8を第4図a、bに示す如く研摩除去して
、長方形の紡糸孔9を有する異形紡糸口金lOを製作し
た。
