Conventionally, in order to manufacture a hollow fiber spinning die, the first
As shown in Figure 1, an introduction hole 2 is bored in the base plate 1 by cutting, and then a discontinuous ring of the same shape and smaller than the introduction hole 2 is placed concentrically at the bottom of the introduction hole 2, as shown in Figure 1B. The discharge hole 3 was formed by electrical discharge machining or punching.

However, in this method of manufacturing a hollow fiber spinning die, since the discharge electrode for electrical discharge machining or the punch for punching the discontinuous annular discharge hole 3 is thick, the discharge hole drilled as shown in FIG. The dimension t from the inner peripheral surface to the outer peripheral surface of the hole 3 is large, and the discharge hole 3 is thick.

For this reason, it is necessary to make the discharge electrode or punch thinner, but it is extremely difficult to make it thinner, and even if it were possible to make it thinner, there may be problems such as breakage of the discharge gap or punch during discharge machining or punching of the discharge hole 3. Due to this, it is not possible to drill a thin discharge hole 3, or the continuous part 5 holding the inner part 4 of the discontinuous annular discharge hole 3 is cut and the inner part 4 is tilted, resulting in a thin hollow hole with the required wall thickness. It was not possible to obtain a hollow fiber spinning die capable of spinning yarn.

On the other hand, in recent years, there has been a demand for higher quality fibers, and this can be translated into requirements for hollow fiber spinning nozzles: making the discharge hole 3 longer to stabilize the hollow fiber being spun, and making the discharge hole 3 thinner. Advanced processing techniques such as adding a unique texture are required.

The discontinuous annular discharge hole 3' in the hollow fiber spinning nozzle of the above embodiment is circular, but may be polygonal, such as an equilateral triangle, square, or regular hexagon, as shown in FIGS. 4a, b, and c. It may be , or it may be rectangular. Further, in the hollow fiber spinning die of the above embodiment, the number of protrusions 7 on the outer wall of the float 8 forming the discontinuous annular discharge hole 3' may be two or three as shown in FIG.

Next, an embodiment of the method for manufacturing a hollow fiber spinning die according to the present invention will be described with reference to the case where the hollow fiber spinning die of the above embodiment is manufactured. First, as shown in FIG. 5a, an introduction hole 2 is bored in the base plate 1 by cutting.
Next, as shown in FIG. 5b, a circular through hole 6 smaller than the introduction hole 2 is punched concentrically at the bottom of the introduction hole 2, and separately, as shown in FIG. A through hole 6 in the outer wall is circular and smaller than the hole 6.
A float 8 having convex portions 7 in contact with the inner wall of the base is manufactured at equiangular sides, and then the float 8 is fitted into each through hole 6 of the base plate 1 as shown in FIG. 5d, and the convex portions 7
is fixed to the inner wall of the through hole 6 by resistance welding, and a circular discontinuous ring-shaped discharge hole 3' is formed to obtain a hollow fiber spinning die.

As can be seen from the above explanation, in the method for manufacturing a hollow fiber spinning die of the present invention, the through hole 6 at the bottom of the introduction hole 2 forming the discontinuous ring-shaped discharge hole 3', and the through hole 6 that is fitted and fixed into the through hole 6 Since a float 8 having a similar shape smaller than the through hole 6 and having a protrusion 7 on the outer wall that contacts the inner wall of the through hole 6 is manufactured separately, the length of the discontinuous ring-shaped discharge hole 3' can be made arbitrarily long. . Further, when manufacturing the float 8, by appropriately adjusting the amount of protrusion of the convex portion 7, there is an effect that the discharge hole 3' can be arbitrarily made thinner.

In addition, the hollow fiber spinning die of the present invention in which the discharge hole 3' is formed long and thin in this way can stably spin hollow fibers without causing uneven thickness or yarn breakage. Moreover, it has the excellent effect of being able to spin the hollow fiber extremely thinly, adding a unique texture, and obtaining a high-quality hollow fiber.
