A long cylindrical body is erected and fixed to the base plate with through holes to prevent it from falling over, and a plurality of ventilation holes for discharging annealing gas are bored at appropriate positions on the outer periphery of the cylindrical body. A jig is used. This stem jig is used as follows. That is, a stem jig is installed in a round bell furnace, the wire rod to be annealed is passed through the cylinder of the stem jig, and then covered with a cover, and the round bell furnace is lowered to cover the outer cover. Then, annealing gas is introduced through a through hole formed in the base plate, and guided into the cover through the ventilation hole while coming into contact with the wire rod. on the other hand,
Hot air is blown from the outside of the round bell furnace to the outside of the cover to indirectly heat the annealing gas inside the cover to a high temperature through the cover to anneal the wire. After the annealing is completed, the round bell furnace and cover are sequentially removed, and the annealed wire is lifted and taken out from the cylinder.

This prevents deformation of the basal lamina. Further, a through hole is formed in the base plate to introduce the annealing gas, and the introduced annealing gas is discharged from the vent hole formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder while coming into contact with the wire rod.

FIG. 1 shows a front sectional view of the stem jig, the left side view of FIG. 2 is a sectional view taken along the arrow A in FIG. 1, and the right side view is a plan view. A cylindrical body 4 stands upright on a disk-shaped base plate 1 made of thick metal, and three reinforcing bodies 8 are arranged concentrically, and reinforcing bodies are appropriately arranged radially. 9 are fixed to each other by welding and are provided on the base plate 1 in a circular manner. The base plate 1 is provided with a through hole 1a smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical body 4 into which a hook 15 can be inserted, as will be described later, and a hole 16 through which an annealing gas passes. L-shaped support 3
is formed of a metallic round rod, is tightly attached to the outer periphery of the cylindrical body 4, and is fixed by welding, and is held and fixed between the base plate 1 and the annular base plate 2, so that the base plate 1 and the bottom plate 2 are Prevents deformation. Further, the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 4 is provided with a large number of vent holes 5 for discharging annealing gas from the inside of the cylinder 4 to the outside. On the other hand, a cross-shaped reinforcing plate 20 is provided inside the cylinder 4 to reinforce the cylinder 4.
is installed inside the reinforcing plate 20, and the lower end 20a of the reinforcing plate 20 is tilted upward from the periphery of the through hole 1a toward the center so that the hook 15 of the lower stem jig can be inserted when the stem jigs are stacked. disconnected.

A pair of hanging plates 10 protrude from the upper end of the cylindrical body 4, are inserted and fixed, and are bent into a substantially U-shape in plan view, and a hanging rod 11 provided passing through the hanging plates 10. It is formed of. Note that the upper end of the hanging plate 10 is cut diagonally downward in the outer circumferential direction of the cylinder 4,
When the stem jigs are stacked, they are formed so as not to come into contact with the reinforcing plate 20 of the upper stem jigs.

取り出す。 Next, a case will be described in which this stem jig is stacked in multiple stages to anneal multiple types of wound wire materials at once. Inside the center of a round bell furnace (not shown), as shown in FIG. 3 (side view), a number of stem jigs are stacked by inserting the winding wire 6 into each stem jigs to form a mount (not shown). Place it on top. At this time, the hook 15 of the lower stem jig is inserted through the through hole 1a drilled in the base plate 1 of the upper stem jig, and the reinforcing plates 20 are sequentially stacked using the inclined portions of the reinforcing plates 20 as a guide. In this state, the stem jig is covered with a cover (not shown), and then a bell-shaped furnace (not shown) is covered. Then, annealing gas is blown into the through hole 1a of the lowermost stem jig 1a, and the ventilation hole 5 formed in the cylinder body 4 is
It fills the inside of the cover through the wafer and is uniformly dispersed in the winding wire material 6. Meanwhile, bake in the bell-shaped furnace from the outside
The wound wire 6 is annealed by blowing hot air at 950° C. through the covering to increase the temperature of the annealing gas inside the covering. After annealing, perform the reverse operation to the above, i.e., remove the bell furnace and remove the cover.
Lift it up using the hook 15 of the stem jig and move it to a predetermined location. Then, the winding wire material 6 is taken out from the cylindrical body 4.

In addition, in the case of a conventional cylindrical jig, the winding wire 6 is annealed in surface contact with the outer periphery of the cylinder, making it difficult to remove the wire 6 from the stem jig. Since the stem jig has an L-shaped support 3 fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the cylinder 4, the wire rod 6
Since it is in line contact with the L-shaped support 3, it can be removed smoothly.
