Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the flaw caused by rubbing the wire by providing the wire segment capstan which can keep the interval of the wire material to be wound to the capstan respectively with one piece per every one piece of the capstan. CONSTITUTION:The wire rod 2 is wound round the capstan 3 by passing it through the dies 5 and after passing it through the wire segment capstan 4. The wire segment capstan 4 is formed with plural guide grooves on its outer circumference, so the wire rod 2 is wound round the drawing capstan 3 by shifting every one groove, then the flaw generated by rubbing the wire on the wires 2 in contact with each other is prevented. On the finishing capstan 6, the wire segment capstan 4 is used similarly. The flaw generated during the wire drawing can be eliminated completely.

[Prior art] A capstan type continuous wire drawing machine has a plurality of dies arranged in one wire drawing machine, and a drawing capstan is arranged for each die, so that a wire drawing machine of about 10 to 25% is drawn in each pass. The wire is drawn by continuously reducing the diameter to achieve the cross-sectional reduction ratio, and there are two types: non-slip type and slip type.

The slip type makes the circumferential speed of the capstan faster than the speed of the wire, causing slippage between the wire and the capstan when it is pulled out, and is used for piano wire and other wires that require strength due to the generation of frictional heat. Although it is not suitable for drawing hard steel wires, it is widely used for drawing copper wires because its structure is simpler than non-slip types.

The wire is wound around each capstan after 2 to 4 turns before being pulled out.
As shown in FIG. 3, the wire rods 2 wound around the capstan 3 come into contact with each other with strong force on the capstan 3. In particular, the friction between the first line entering the capstan 3 and the second turn line is large, causing line scratches.

In addition, with a slip-type wire drawing machine, the capstan ring wears out and grooves are formed on the ring, and when these grooves are formed, the wire cannot slide sideways, and the above-mentioned wire rubbing condition becomes even more severe. There's a problem.

[Problem to be solved by the invention] If fine scratches remain on the surface of the wire rod in one direction due to the above-mentioned line rubbing, various problems occur in processes that require extremely high quality surface conditions. Be looked at.

For example, in enameled wires that undergo an enamel baking process, the withstand voltage of the enamel insulating layer decreases, causing spark defects, and if the scratches are large, they cause appearance defects such as grains.

In addition, when plating is applied to the core wire, the thickness of the plating becomes partially uneven during the plating process, and where the plating thickness is thin, a so-called red skin defect occurs in which the copper base is exposed.

Second, the capstan ring is tapered by about 0.5° to make it easier for the wire to slide laterally and prevent strong contact from occurring, but this does not always result in smooth slippage. .

In addition, there are ways to improve the lubricity of the wire by increasing the concentration of the wire drawing lubricating oil, or replacing the lubricating oil early before it deteriorates, or by changing the slip ratio between the capstan and the wire rod. Although methods have been tried to minimize line rubbing, it is not possible to completely eliminate line rubbing.
The reality is that even after finishing with a finishing die, there are many cases in which scratches remain on the product.

The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and to provide a new method that prevents the wires from coming into contact with each other on the capstan and completely eliminates the occurrence of scratches caused by wire rubbing. The purpose is to provide a continuous wire drawing machine.

In the figure, 2 is the wire to be drawn, and as shown in the figure, after passing through the first die 5, it is wound around the drawing capstan 3 and a drawing force is applied to it, but in the present invention, it is transferred to the next capstan 3. It has a configuration in which the line segment capstan 4 is passed through before winding, and then the line segment capstan 4 is wound.

This line segment capstan 4 has −
A plurality of guide grooves are formed at appropriate intervals on the outer periphery, and the wire rod 2 wound around the drawn capstan 3 is threaded onto the line segment capstan 4 by sequentially shifting the grooves one by one. Then, by hooking the line in the shape of a pulley hook with each groove shifted one by one, 3~
The wire rod 2 which has been wound five times is wound around the drawn capstan 3 with an interval approximately equal to the groove interval of the line segment capstan 4, and the wire rod 2 is wound around the circumference of the capstan 3 as shown in FIG. 2 is always maintained at a constant distance, and there is no possibility that the wires will rub against each other on the circumference of the capstan as shown in FIG. 3. This line segment capstan 4 is also installed at the final finishing capstan 6. In this way, all the capstans of the wire drawing machine 1 are equipped with line segment capstans, thereby making it possible to draw wire with no line scratches.

Furthermore, although the above example shows an example in which guide grooves are formed for line segments, there is no problem even if they are formed on a flat circumferential surface with a slightly tapered surface as long as line separation is possible.

FIG. 5 shows a drawing capstan and a wire segment according to the present invention for a wire drawing machine with a large number of wire drawing passes, which is used for drawing wire of thin size (wire diameter of about 0.3 to 0.8 anus). This shows an example in which the capstan is arranged in an extremely compact manner. By arranging them in this way, even if the number of capstans increases, the entire wire drawing machine can be made extremely small and compact.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, wire scratches that occur during wire drawing can be completely eliminated, and the number of sparks caused by poor dielectric strength in enamelled wire can be dramatically reduced.
The wire breakage rate during wire drawing of ultra-fine wires of 0 to 50 μm has been reduced by more than half, and the frequency of changing the wire drawing lubricant can now be extended from the conventional every 3 to 6 months to every 6 to 12 months. It offers many excellent advantages, including the ability to reduce the cost of consumables.
