〔産業上の利用分野〕
この一発明はきしめん（ひもかわうどん）、ほうとう、
うどん等各種麺頻に製造メーカー名や商標の宣伝広告或
いは寿、優勝等の祝儀の文字、図柄等適宜印字をカラー
印刷するカラー印刷麺類の製造方法および製造装置に関
し、特に圧延した麺帯全体にカラー印刷を施し、しかる
後麺線切刃装置で切断してカラー印刷を施した麺線を容
易に成形できるようにしたものである．
〔従来の技術〕
従来麺類の製麺機において麺に文字、図柄を入れる手段
として麺線切出し機、即ち互いの周面が僅かに摺合せる
ように軸支した一対の切出しローラを互いに内方に回転
させて截断する切出し機を利用し、切出しローラの周面
に直接凸版を形威したもの、或いは切出しローラの表面
に張設した環状のベルトの表面に凸版を形威したもの（
特公昭５８− ５０１６号公報）により麺線を切出しロ
ーラで切出すと同時に麺線の表面に文字、図柄を凹凸状
で表すようにしたものが知られている．
〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕
従来の技術のうち、前者では麺線切出し機の切出しロー
ラの周面に直接的に凸版を形成することは難しく、又後
者では従動ローラの各ガイド片と切刃の各凹溝間に凸版
を設けた環状のベルトを張設し、テンシａンローラによ
り緊張させる構造であるから構造が複雑で、各切刃にか
けるベルトの摩擦が大きくなり円滑に回動しにくく、製
造した麺の文字、図柄は単に凹凸状としただけで生地と
同色のため見ずらい、さらに上記構造では凸版を凹溝に
設けるので、インクを塗布することは困難で、麺にカラ
ー印刷を施したものを製造することはできなかった．
この発明は圧延した麺帯をカラー印刷装置を通して先ず
麺帯全体に宣伝広告、祝儀の文字、図柄等を多数列カラ
ーで印刷し、しかる後、ｉ！線切刃装置で麺帯の印字間
を各列毎に截断してカラー印刷した麺線を製造するよう
にしたカラー印刷ｍｓの製造方法およびその製造装置を
提供することにある．
〔課題を解決するための手段〕
上記目的を違戒するために、この発明は圧延した麺帯イ
を押えローラ１と宣伝広告の文字、図柄等適宜印字部ａ
を設けたカラー印刷ローラ２を備えたカラー印刷装置Ａ
に通して天然着色料等からなる食用インクを塗布したカ
ラー印刷ローラ２により麺帯イ全体にカラー印字ｂを多
数列印刷し、しかる後麺帯イを麺線切刃装置Ｂで印字列
間を截断してカラー印字ｂを施した麺線口を製造するも
のである．
又、カラー印刷装置は押えローラ１と前記印字部ａを多
数並列状に刻設したカラー印刷ローラ２を対設し、該カ
ラー印刷ローラ２に天然着色料等からなる食用インクを
適宜塗布手段で塗布するインク塗布ローラ３を接触して
備え、インク塗布ローラ３によりカラー印刷ローラ２の
印字部ａに食用インクを塗布し、カラー印刷ローラ２と
押えローラ１間を通る麺帯イにカラー印字ｂを印刷する
ようにしたものである．
〔作 用〕
カラー印刷装置のカラー印刷ローラの印字部にインク塗
布ローラにより食用インクを塗布し、調量機のローラ等
で圧延した麺帯をカラー印刷ローラと押えローラ間に通
してＷＩ帯全体にカラー印字を多数列印刷し、しかる後
この麺帯をＩｉ線切刃装置に通し、カラー印字列間を切
刃で截断してカラー印字を施した麺線を成形するもので
ある．〔実 施 例〕
実施例について図面を参照して説明する．第１図乃至第
４図において、Ａはカラー印刷装置で、機枠７にステン
レス製等の押えローラ１と、芯のステンレス製等のロー
ラ２ａの周面に製造メーカー名、商標等の宣伝広告、寿
、優勝等の祝儀の文字、図案等適宜印字部ａを凸設した
硬質合威樹脂板又はゴム板２ｂ＠巻付けてｆｌＩ威した
カラー印刷ローラ２を麺帯イを通し印刷する間隔を存し
て対設し、かつ該カラー印刷ローラ２にインク塗布用ゴ
ムローラ３、インク塗布用スポンジローラ４およびイン
ク補充用スポンジローラ５を順に接触回転可能に軸承し
、各ローラの軸の歯車Ｌ９，１０，１１． １２を噛合
せ、カラー印刷ローラ２の軸をモータにより回転駆動し
て、押えローラ１とカラー印刷ローラ２を互いに内側に
回転するように構威し、かつインク塗布用ゴムローラ３
、インク塗布用スポンジローラ４およびインク補充用ス
ポンジローラ５を矢印方向に回転するように構成する．

に発条１９を介在させ、軸受１８の位置を調整ボルト２
０で調整してカラー印刷ローラ２に対する押えローラ１
の間隔を麺帯イの厚さに応じて調整して位置決めナット
