It becomes a dedicated area and cannot be used for work such as sheet metal work other than painting, and the entire floor surface of the repair shop cannot be used effectively for various works.
With conventional booth equipment, cars have to be moved every time they are painted, which requires time and space, and it takes a lot of effort, especially to move cars that cannot drive themselves in and out of the booth equipment. There was an inconvenience.

A booth formed with an opening that can be freely opened and closed is provided on a floor surface so as to be movable in the front and back direction, and an exhaust groove and an exhaust duct connected thereto are formed in each section of the floor surface on the movement locus of the booth. A sensor operated by the booth is provided, and an opening/closing valve opened by the operation of the sensor in each section is interposed in the exhaust duct.

金その他の作業が行われる。 As shown in the second figure, automobiles A, B, C, etc., which require sheet metal work, painting, etc., are arranged in sections along traveling rails 7, 7. For example, when car B is painted after the sheet metal work is completed,
When the booth 1 is placed in the position shown by the solid line in the figure, the sensor 15b is activated at the lower end of the booth 1 to open only the on-off valve 14b. And ceiling body 1 of booth 1
The supply air blower and the exhaust air blower 12 in a are driven to form a layer of air flow around the car B, and spray painting is performed. This layer of air flow prevents the paint mist generated during painting from scattering. Next, when car D is to be painted after the sheet metal work is completed, the booth 1 is moved to the position shown by the dotted line in FIG. Then, the sensor 15d operates at the lower end of the booth 1, and this time only the on-off valve 14d opens. The supply air blower and the exhaust air blower 12 are driven to form a layer of air flow to perform spray painting. During this time, the aforementioned car B leaves this section, and the next car is introduced into the section, where sheet metal work and other work is carried out.

Shutters, doors, etc. may be provided in the openings 4, 4 on both the front and rear surfaces of the booth 1, so that the openings 4, 4 can be opened and closed. Furthermore, a heater may be provided in the ceiling 1a of the booth 1 and the booth 1 may be used as a mobile dryer.

る。 As described above, according to the present invention, each section of the floor surface on the movement path of the booth has an exhaust groove, an exhaust duct connected to the exhaust groove, and a sensor activated by the booth, which opens when the sensor is activated, allowing exhaust to be exhausted from the exhaust duct. Since the booth is equipped with an on-off valve, the sensor is actuated by the booth and the on-off valve is opened only in the section where the booth is present, allowing the paint mist accompanying painting to be exhausted from the exhaust duct, while eliminating the need for exhaust in other sections. The opening/closing valve closes and sheet metal work can be carried out, thus making it possible to automatically and efficiently exhaust air and make effective use of the floor surface.
