るとともにこの塗装ブース内の空気を吸引しフイ
ルタで濾過して上方に排気する換気装置3を配置
して吹き付け塗装作業を行つている。衝立2で囲
つても天井が開放している為、換気装置3の前面
1〜1.5mの範囲しか排気できずその他の地点で
は霧状の塗料や有機溶剤が拡散し、塗装作業者の
作業雰囲気内の空気汚染の改善にはあまり役立た
ないばかりでなく工場内の空気を汚染する原因と
なり、組立工場内で働く他の作業者の健康に及ぼ
す影響も懸念されていた。

ブースを構成する伸縮形のジヤバラハウスであ
る。このジヤバラハウス10の骨格をなす逆U字
状フレーム11の相互はX状に配設されたリンク
部材12(第4図参照)にて伸縮可能に連結さ
れ、両脚部11aの下端部には床面に接するキヤ
スタ13が設けられている。各フレーム11の外
側にはビニールシート14が被冠され天井及び側
壁をなしている。両端部のフレーム11の上方に
はハンガレール15が横架されビニールシートカ
ーテン16が開け引き可能に設けられている。ジ
ヤバラハウス10の天井をなすビニールシート1
4には給気用の開口部17が開設され、工場内の
新気をブース内に導入する。又ジヤバラハウス1
0の左側壁をなすビニールシート14には、排気
用開口部18が開設されている。この排気用開口
部18には換気濾過装置20の吸気面20aが対
接して配置されている。この換気濾過装置20
は、霧化された塗料を濾過するフイルター及び有
機溶材を吸着する活生炭吸着材等を収納する空気
浄化部21と、この空気浄化部21の出口21a
に接続され排気フアンを内蔵した強制排気部22
と、この排気部22より排出される排気を工場の
天井に向けて勢よく吹き出す排気ダクト23とに
より構成されている。排気ダクト23は可撓性ダ
クト24を介して強制排気部22と接続され、ダ
クト支持体25に回動可能に枢支されている。又
ダクト支持体25は本体26に昇降可能に案内さ
れ、モータ35の駆動により昇降位置が制御でき
るようになつている。ダクト支持体25には第5
図に示すようにリニアアクチエータ27が設けら
れ排気ダクト23の枢軸に設けられたレバー28
と作動ロツド27aが連結され、作動ロツド27
aの伸縮制御により排気ダクト23の角度変更が
制御できる。第2図に示すように工場建屋30の
天井には換気扇31を一定間隔で複数個設置して
おき、塗装用ブース設置位置に最も近い換気扇3
1に向つて排気するよう排気ダクト23の昇降調
整、角度調整を行う。

と対向する壁面に沿つて設けられた複数のエアー
ノズルに連通させて排気開口部に向う空気流動を
