Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a reliable and conventional radio communication circuit for fire fighting by a method wherein a radiotelephony transceiver is installed on the pump side, its antenna is attached on a nozzle or around it and they are connected by a cable which penetrates through the inside of hoses connected in a line by two or more hose joints. CONSTITUTION:A fire fighting pump 1, a nozzle 2 and two or more hoses 3 are connected in a line by male and female hose joints 4 and 5 each equipped on both ends of the hoses, and an electric circuit 6 is provided inside each hose. When the hoses are connected or disconnected, the electric circuits 6 are automatically connected or disconnected by connectors 7 each attached on both ends of the circuits 6. The cable ways are proof against water and pressure so that the electric conductivity and insulation are maintained whether or not the hoses are connected. The electric circuits 6 provided inside the lengthy line of the hoses is taken out from outlets 8 which are attached between one of the hoses and the pump and between one of the hoses and the nozzle, and electrically connects a transceiver 9 on the pump side and an antenna 10 on the nozzle side.

電気回路の両端に装着した電線継手7によって、消防ホ
ースの便なことは言を俟たず、又無線電話も、火災現場
1に於ては各種系統の電波が幅輪して混信雑音が多との
間及びホースと放水筒先との間に接続された電路取出し
金具8からホースの外に取り出されて、ポンプ側の送受
信装置9と、放水筒先側のアンテナ10を電気的に結合
して回路を完成する。
