Система сигнализации и связи пассажирского поезда, характеризуемая наличием центральной управляющей системы и базовыми станциями DECT, причем каждая базовая станция подключена к центральной управляющей системе экранированным кабелем с многопроводными жилами типа "витая пара" длиной не свыше 120 м, к каждой базовой станции DECT через ВЧ разъемы высокочастотным кабелем подключены по две антенны, установленные на крыше вагона, при этом длина антенных кабелей составляет не более 30 м, по меньшей мере, одного устройства передачи аварийных сигналов от систем аварийной сигнализации железнодорожного вагона путем формирования голосовых сообщений для передачи их проводнику вагона и начальнику поезда, включающее радиорозетку DECT, голосовой автоинформатор, носимый терминал с кнопочным номеронабирателем, при этом устройство передачи аварийных сигналов подключено к выходам систем аварийной и пожарной сигнализации вагона, не менее одного носимого терминала для получения сигналов об авариях и двухсторонней автоматической телефонной связи, не менее одного репитера для усиления, не менее одной телефонной трубки в служебных купе проводников и не менее одной кнопки сигнализации опасности.1.
