  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 流体が通過する導管と、この導管の両側部
    に相対向して設けられた投光器とこの投光器の発
    する光束を受光する受光器とを具備し、 前記投光器および受光器は、前記導管から分岐
    接続した冷却手段を有する光導管を介して取付け
    たことを特徴とする気体透過度測定装置。 (2) 流体が通過する導管と、この導管の両側部
    に相対向して設けられた投光器とこの投光器の発
    する光束を受光する受光器とを具備し、 前記投光器および受光器は、前記導管から分岐
