Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 シエル内に摺動自在に配設したパワーピストン
と、このパワーピストン軸部のバルブボデイ内に
収納した弁機構と、上記パワーピストンの後面に
添設されて上記シエル内に定圧室と変圧室とを画
成するダイアフラムと、上記弁機構を構成する弁
プランジヤを作動させて流路を切換えさせ、上記
変圧室に圧力流体を供給してパワーピストンを前
進させる入力軸とを備える倍力装置において、 上記パワーピストンの進退動に伴つてシエルの
内周面に接離されるダイアフラムの接離範囲内に
おいて、上記シエルの内径を異ならせたことを特
徴とする倍力装置。
