[産業上の利用分野] 本発明に係る滑り止めベルトを設けた自動車用タイヤ及
びその製法は、雪道に於いて自動車用タイヤの安全走行
を補助する目的のために利用する滑り止めベルトを設け
た自動車用タイヤ及びその製法に関するものである.そ
の滑り止めベルトは自動車用タイヤに脱着可能であるか
ら、雪道や糠るみの道路ではこの滑り止めベルトをタイ
ヤに装着して使用し、通常の道路ではこの滑り止めベル
トを外せば通常のスノータイヤともなるものである. [従来の技術】 自動車用タイヤの滑り止めに関係して,従来の技術は、
タイヤチェーン、スパイクビン,網目状等のゴム製滑り
止め、繊維をタイヤトレッドに植設するもの等があり、
それぞれそ、その種類が多くある.そのような従来の技
術の内には、実開昭61−80102号公報に記載され
ている考案のような、タイヤトレッドに吸水性繊雑を設
けたものがある.繊維の冷却した雪道面に対して接着す
る作用を利用したものがある. 然しなから、それはタイヤの高速回転で摩擦熱を発生し
て自動車用タイヤが熱を持てば、それに加熱された繊維
は水分を吸着して冷却吸着の能力を失うことも考えられ
る.従って、その考案に係る自動車用タイヤは、極めて
寒冷地での利用が可能なものである.寒冷地で通常の走
行には,タイヤに植設した吸水性繊維の吸着効果がある
ものであって、利用価値が寒冷地において、寒冷時にあ
るものと考えられる. その吸水性繊維の効果は、温暖な雪道や糠るみのある道
路では繊維の吸着効果は失われるおそれが生じる.その
ようなおそれが生じる原因は、タイヤトレッドに植設さ
れる柔軟な求水性繊雑にあると考えられ、水分を多量に
吸収している繊維は摩擦抵抗を一時的に喪失させる.そ
のため、その考案はタイヤトレッドの形状を滑り難い形
に改良されている. [従来の技術の問題点] 前記した従来の技術の問題点は、タイヤトレッドに稙設
したtm雑とタイヤトレッドの滑り難い形状のかねあわ
せにより解決されるべきものであるが、なお、吸水性繊
維の冷却吸着効果がタイヤの高速回転により失われる可
能性は、未解決の問題があると考えられる. [問題点を解決するための手段] 本発明に係る滑り止めベルトを設けた自動車用タイヤ及
びその製法は、係る従来技術の問題点の解決方法として
、脱着可能なベルトの外周面に設けるアラミド系樹脂製
の強い滑り止め材をチップ状にして、該ベルトの原料で
ある天然ゴム、合戊ゴム製の弾力性材料に混入攪拌して
、自動車用タイヤの周囲に設ける溝に脱着可能な滑り止
めベルトを形威し、この滑り止めベルトをタイヤの周囲
に設けた装着溝に取り付けるものである.更に、滑り止
めベルトを設けた自動車用タイヤ及びその製法について
、物と方法の発明のそれぞれについて説明する. 本発明に係る滑り止めベルトを設けた自動車用タイヤを
詳述すれば、天然ゴム、合或ゴム製の弾力性材料により
リング状に形成され自動車用タイヤに脱着可能に設ける
ことができるようにした滑り止めベルトを、タイヤの周
囲に設ける多数の装着溝に脱着可能に設けた自動車用タ
イヤにおいて、前記ベルトの内周面にギヤ状に多数の突
設部を設けてタイヤの周囲に設ける該装着溝に該突設部
をあてはめて取付け、該ベルトの外周面にアラミド系樹
脂製の滑り止め部材を設けることを特徴とする滑り止め
ベルトを設けた自動車用タイヤである. 本発明に係る滑り止めベルトを設けた自動車用タイヤの
製法を詳述すれば,ベルトの外周面に設けるアラミド系
樹脂製の滑り止め部材をチップ状にして、天然ゴム、合
戊ゴム製の弾力性材料に混入して、攪拌し、成形した型
に入れて固形したべルトを外し、このベルトの外周面に
、前記アラミド系樹脂製の滑り止め部材を設け、前記ベ
ルトの内周面にギヤ状に多数の突設部を設け、タイヤの
周囲に設ける該装着溝に該突設部をあてはめて取付ける
ことを特徴とする滑り止めベルトを設けた自動車用タイ
ヤの製法である. アラミド系樹脂は、耐水性、対摩耗性、酎熱性、捻れ強
度、弾力性が強いので、その素材のこれらの性質により
、タイヤ滑り止めベルトの周囲にアラミド系樹脂製の滑
りとめ材料を設け、該タイヤの滑り止めがアラミド系樹
脂製の前記性質を発揮して、優れた滑り止め効果を有す
る素材となるものである. [作用] 本発明の作用は、滑り止めベルトを設けた自動車用タイ
ヤをその製法により提供することができる. タイヤ滑り止めベルトの周囲にアラミド系樹脂製の滑り
どめ材料を設け、該タイヤの滑り止めがアラミド系樹脂
製の前記性質を発揮して、優れた滑り止め効果を発揮す
る. 該ベルトの原料である天然ゴム、合成ゴム製の弾力性材
料にアラミド系樹脂製のチップを混入攪拌して,自動車
用タイヤの周囲に設ける装着溝に脱着可能な滑り止めベ
ルトの型にその原料を入れ成形し、ベルトをリング状に
威形する.このベルトの外周面にはアラミド系樹脂製滑
り止めを設け、そのベルトの内周面にもギヤ状の凹凸あ
る突設部を設け,タイヤの外周面に設ける装着溝に、ベ
ルトの内周面をしつかり固定する.前記ゴム製ベルトは
、伸縮性を有しているため自動車用タイヤの周囲に脱着
することができるものである.したがって、滑り止めベ
ルトは、新旧該製品の交換が容易である. リング状ベルトの一部を切断し、そのベルトの両端に接
続するためのそれぞれ雌雄のフックを設けて、該両端の
