ケース、２ａ……ケースの底面、２ｂ……水の供
給路、４……探触子、５……間隙、６……水管、
７……ゲート、８……ばね。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 水管に接続する水の供給路が内設され、かつ
被検体の表面と接触する底面を有するケースと、
該ケース内にその底面を被検体の表面に接触させ
たとき被検体の表面との間に僅かな間隙を有する
ように嵌装された探触子とからなり、前記水管を
介してケース内に水を供給したとき、該水が前記
間隙に満たされる構成の局部水浸用の探触子にお
いて、前記水の供給路に、前記ケースの底面と被
検体の表面とが隔離されたとき前記間隙に対する
水の供給を遮断し、接触しているとき前記間隙と
連通させるように水の供給路を開閉するゲートを
設ける構成にしたことを特徴とする局部水浸用の
探触子。 ２ 前記ゲートの一端に、前記ケースの底面と被
検体の表面とが隔離されたときゲートが自動的に
閉じられ、ケースの底面と被検体の表面とが接触
しているときゲートが自動的に開かれるばねを当
接した請求項１記載の局部水浸用の探触子。
