Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 一方の入力端には入力端子からの入力パルスが
    入力される２入力オアゲートと このオアゲートより出力されるパルスを所定の
    パルス幅のパルスに整形するパルス幅整形器と、 このパルスの幅整形器の出力パルスを設定され
    た遅延量だけ遅延して出力するプログラマブルパ
    ルス遅延器と、 前記入力端子に加えられる入力パルスによりリ
    セツトされ、前記パルス整形器の出力パルスの発
    生数をカウントし、設定されたカウント値に達す
    るとキヤリイ信号を出力するカウンタと、 前記キヤリイ信号により駆動され、前記プログ
    ラマブルパルス遅延器の出力パルスを前記オアゲ
    ートまたは出力端子のいずれか一方に導くための
    切換えスイツチ を具備し、前記カウンタからキヤリイが出るまで
    は前記プログラマブルパルス遅延器の出力パルス
    がオアゲートに入力され、カウンタからキヤリイ
    が出たときはプログラマブルパルス遅延器の出力
    パルスが出力端子に導かれるように制御され、入
    力パルスをプログラマブルパルス遅延器の設定遅
    延量のカウンタ設定値倍だけ遅延することができ
    るようにしたことを特徴とするプログラマブルパ
    ルス遅延装置。
