Claims (1)
- ガス混合物中の特定有害成分を収着除去するた
めの粒状の収着剤と破過を知るための粒状の検知
剤とが充填された乾式のガス収着筒において、ガ
スの入口および出口を有し、入口側に主収着剤、
中間に検知剤、出口側に予備収着剤が順次充填さ
れてなるガス収着筒であつて、主収着剤に対する
予備収着剤の量が容積比で０．０５〜０．３倍の
範囲で適宜選択され、充填されてなることを特徴
とするガス収着筒。
