Abstract

PURPOSE:To visualize eyes through the shielding part of an oculuder by an inspector by providing the oculuder which covers the eye other than the eye to be inspected. CONSTITUTION:The face F of a subject is fixed at a face supporter 3, and the oculuder 6 is mounted at an arc chin placing member 4 on the upper part of the face supporter 3 in such a way that it can be turned freely rightward/ leftward setting a mounting metal fitting 5 as a fulcrum. Mat working of appropriate mesh with prescribed light diffusion function is applied on the oculuder 6. The eye E' other than the eye E to be inspected is covered with the oculuder 6. In such a way, the visual field of the eye E' is shielded with the oculuder 6, while, the degree of unsharpness of the eye E, of the subject due to the light diffusion function of the oculuder 6 is low since a distance between the eye E' and the oculuder 6 is short, consequently, the inspector can sufficiently observe the status of the eye E' via the oculuder 6. Therefore, appropriate attention corresponding to the state of the eye E' of the subject can be paid, and also, a measuring operation can be easily and quickly performed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to an ophthalmological instrument equipped with an occluder for blurring the vision of eyes other than the eye to be examined. [Prior Art] For example, when photographing the examinee's eye with a non-mydriatic fundus camera equipped with an internal fixation light, if an occluder is not used, the examiner's figure and surrounding scenery will not be visible to the eyes other than the examinee's eye. visible, making it difficult to fix the subject's eye using the internal fixation light, making imaging operations difficult. Therefore, if the field of view of the eyes other than the examined eye is blocked by an occluder, which is a metal plate coated with paint and has no light transmittance, the examinee's eye can better gaze at the internal fixation light and the imaging operation becomes easier. An occluder is indispensable for such imaging, and generally has a structure in which a scoop-shaped shielding member is attached to the forehead rest of the face support of the device, and can selectively shield the field of view of the subject's right or left eye. It has become. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] When performing imaging, examination, or measurement using an ophthalmological apparatus equipped with such an occluder, it is difficult for the examiner to see the shielded eyes of the subject through the occluder. Therefore, there is a problem in that it is not possible to observe situations in which the subject looks aside or is unable to fix his/her line of sight in a predetermined position due to strabismus, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide an ophthalmological instrument that makes the field of view of the eyes of a subject other than the eye to be examined unclear, and allows the examiner to observe the movement of the eyes through an occluder. [Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the ophthalmological instrument according to the present invention includes an occluder that covers eyes other than the examined eye, and the shielding portion of the occluder has a light diffusion effect or a light diffusion effect. It is characterized by having a refractive effect and blurring the field of view, allowing the examiner to see the eye through the shielded portion. [Function] From the examinee's side, the occluder blurs the image reflected in the eye of the ophthalmological instrument with the above structure, essentially blocking the visual field; Operate while observing the state of the person's eyes. [Example] The present invention will be explained in detail based on the illustrated example. FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an ophthalmological instrument equipped with an occluder according to the present invention. An ophthalmological instrument main body 2 is placed on a fixed base 1, and a face support 3 is further fixed thereto. The face F of the subject is fixed by the face support 3,
As shown in FIG. 2, an occluder 6 is attached to the bow-shaped forehead rest member 4 on the upper part of the face support 3 with a mounting bracket 5. This occluder 6 is mounted so that it can freely rotate left and right using the mounting bracket 5 as a fulcrum, and the occluder 6 is coated with a suitable mesh mat that has a predetermined light diffusing effect. This light diffusing effect may be achieved by providing the occluder 6 with a special light diffusing pattern, by mixing appropriate light diffusing particles into the transparent resin, or by coloring the occluder 6 to reduce the light transmittance. When measuring or photographing the subject's eye E with the above-mentioned ophthalmological instrument, the occluder 6 covers the eyes E'' other than the subject's eye E. At this time, when the subject tries to look outside with the eye E', the occluder 6 Because the distant image becomes blurred and unclear due to the light diffusion effect of Because it is short, the degree of blurring of the subject's eye E due to the light diffusion effect of the occluder 6 is small, so the state of the eye E can be sufficiently observed through the occluder 6. In addition to the light diffusion effect as in the embodiment, it is also possible to use a light refraction effect to obscure the vision of the eye E. For example, in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the occluder 6 is a ladle. Convex lens 8 on a shaped frame 7
It is said to have a magnifying glass-like structure with a The mounting hole 9 of the occluder 6, which engages with the mounting bracket 5, is a long hole in order to adjust the position when the center of the convex lens 8 and the subject's eye E' are largely misaligned. In this case, if the focal length of the convex lens 8 is set to about 50 to 70 mm, the distance between the convex lens 8 and the eye E' is 50 mm.
The degree of eye E is similar, so unless the subject is severely hyperopic, eye E
Since the image in the visual field of E° becomes blurred, it is essentially the same as blocking the visual field of eye E°. On the other hand, from the examiner's perspective, although the examinee's eye E' is magnified by the convex lens 8,
The state of the eye E° can be clearly observed. In the above embodiment, the occluder 6 is constructed by fitting the convex lens 8 into the frame 7, but the occluder 6 may also be formed by integrally molding the frame 7 and the convex lens 8 with a transparent resin material. good. Furthermore, by using a Fresnel lens as the convex lens 8, its thickness can be reduced. Note that this occluder 6 may be attached to the ophthalmological instrument body 2. [Effects of the Invention] As explained above, the ophthalmological instrument according to the present invention is equipped with an occluder that makes the subject's field of vision unclear and allows the examiner to observe the subject's eye movements. It becomes possible to give attention according to the condition of the subject's eyes, and alignment or measurement operations of ophthalmic instruments can be performed easily and quickly.
