は、出力、及び感度が低下するという欠点があ
る。そして、超音波振動子は外部に配設すること
を要する装置であり、氷点下においては、該超音
波振動子が氷結することもあり、使用不可能とな
る場合がある。

ゴムを配設し、加熱することにより、前記問題点
を解消することを目的としている。

動子の露滴防止装置を詳述する。

動子である。該振動子1のケースはアルミニウム
等により形成され、振動子電極3aと電気的に接

ゴムにカーボンを適量に含有させたゴムである。
該防振ゴム2は、取付部本体4に圧入され、且
つ、防振ゴム押え板5により、取付部本体4に固
定される。そして、防振ゴム2はケース電極3a
と電線6に電圧を印加することにより、電力を供
給され発熱する。3a,3bは振動子電極であ
り、振動子押え板7に溶着している。そして、振
動子押え板7を振動子電極3a,3bに溶着する
ことにより、該振動子押え板7と振動子1のケー
スにより防振ゴム2を挾持している。8は電極で
あり、電線6に接続されている。該電極8はリン
グ状をしており防振ゴム2に嵌合され、且つ、該
防振ゴム1と取付部本体4に挾持状態に固定され
る。

結を防止し、超音波送受波器を使用可能にする。

一定化することにより、温度に対する精度を向上
することが可能である。また、振動子1は、取付
部本体4から伝搬する外部からの振動を受け、超
音波受波器へ雑音として、受波されるが、振動子
1に防振ゴム2を被着することにより、雑音を低
減する。また、本考案に係る超音波振動子の露滴
防止装置は、振動子1に防振ゴム2を圧入し、か
つ該防振ゴム2に取付部本体4を圧入しているた
め、水滴等が振動子1と取付部本体4との間に浸
入することがなく、防水性の優れた振動子1の技
術を提供することができる。
