定電流制御の基準電圧を発生する基準電圧回路と
、標準抵抗によつて発生する充電電圧と上記基準
電圧との差を検出する誤差増幅回路と、この誤差
増幅回路の出力電圧で制御される制御回路とで構
成し、満充電検出回路の検出信号で制御するスイ
ツチング回路で上記誤差増幅回路の入力電圧をス
イツチングするように構成したことを特徴とする
