板材とそれらの間の誘電体フイルムとを、陽極用
金属板材と陰極用金属板材とが絶縁した状態で固
定手段を介して一体構造化したことを特徴とする
高周波ノイズ低減装置。 (2) 陽極側出力端子を形成する陽極用金属板材
を筺体に絶縁して固定するとともに、この陽極用
金属板材に対向して陰極側出力端子を形成する陰
極用金属板材を筺体に絶縁して固定し、陽極用金
属板材と陰極用金属板材との間に接地側に接続す
るアース板を配置し、このアース板と陽極用金属
板材及び陰極用金属板材との間にそれぞれ誘電体
フイルムを配置し、さらに、陽極用金属板材、陰
極用金属板材、アース板、誘電体フイルムを、陽
