Abstract

PURPOSE:To readily construct a wood heating floor by providing a heating body layer on a floor bed material and providing pieces of wooden flooring on the heating body layer in such a manner as being freely attached and detached, the wooden flooring having its fruit portions processed, and applying adhesive to the fruit portions to connect the pieces of wooden flooring together. CONSTITUTION:A heating body layer 5 is provided on a floor bed G via a heat-insulating, noise-insulating layer 7 and is covered by a cushioning material 6. Plurel pieces of wooden flooring 1 each of which has a male fruit 2 and a female fruit 3 at both ends are provided on the heating body layer 5 in such a manner as being freely attached and detached. The male fruit 2 and female fruit 3 of respective adjacent pieces of flooring 1 are joined to each other via adhesive 4 to connect the pieces of flooring 1 together.

Detailed Description of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention provides wood heating that can be obtained by a construction method (floating floor construction method) in which flooring is laid on a heating element that serves as a floor base without using nails or adhesives. Attach to the floor. (Prior Art and Problems) Conventional wood floor heating systems include an integrated type in which the heater is built into the wood part, and a separate type.

The integrated type is quite expensive and difficult to repair when it breaks down. On the other hand, in the separate type, the wooden floor is fixed with nails to the wooden floor crosspiece built into the heating element, or fixed with adhesive to the surface of the heating element, so the nails do not damage the heating element or damage the wooden surface material. When replacing the sticker, problems such as damage to the heating element occurred. (Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, in which a wood flooring material that has been actually processed is removably formed on a heating element layer provided on the floor subfloor, and the real part is Its gist is a wooden heating floor characterized by a wooden flooring material coated with adhesive and connected together. The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

2 is a male fruit, 3 is a female fruit, and an adhesive 4 is interposed between the male fruit and the female fruit, and the wooden flooring material is connected and installed. Reference numeral 5 denotes a heating element layer, which is preferably a soft heating element, such as a film-shaped heating element such as Fluorotron (Daikin Industries, Inc. M1), which is a composite of tetrafluoroethylene resin and conductive carbon black. Further, it is desirable that a heat-insulating and sound-insulating layer 7 made of a foam such as polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene, polyethylene (PE), etc. is formed between the heating element layer 5 and the flooring G.

It is also desirable to layer a backing material such as foam on the back side of the flooring material to reduce the impact of the floor on the base. Furthermore, the wooden flooring l is connected over the entire surface of the indoor floor by the adhesive 4 interposed in the real part to form an aggregate, and there is no inconvenience when using it. After the flooring material is installed, only the flooring material 1 needs to be removed during renovation, etc., and the renovation can be easily carried out.
