- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 中間に同軸線路３を介してマイクロ波変換が行
われ、かつ該同軸線路３が導波管１およびマイク
ロストリツプライン２の信号進行方向に対して垂
直に配置される導波管−マイクロストリツプライ
ン変換器において、 前記の同軸線路３とマイクロストリツプライン
２の間に設けた中間同軸部分７に前記同軸線路３
の内導体４の支持及び該内導体４と前記マイクロ
ストリツプライン２の接続のための誘電体円柱１
１を設ける構造にしたことを特徴とする導波管−
マイクロストリツプライン変換器。
