構造が基礎スラブとの接合を考えて製造されていない為
、構造・施工の面で十分な対応がなされていない現状に
ある。これまでに、耐震性の高い杭頭接合部を得る杭頭
処理工法として、杭頭部に雌ねじカプラーを埋め込み上
部構造接続鉄筋の定着孔を形成する方法及び端板上に設
けられた雌ねじ孔に雫に雄ねじ部を持つ鉄筋を定着する
方法が提案されているが、前者は杭の製造工程の改善が
必要となる事、製造効率の低下、構造的不完全さ及び杭
の施工が精度良く行われない場合は枕頭部を割砕する事
となり無駄となる事がある等の問題があり、後者は、鉄
筋を定着する端板の厚さは通常9n+m〜]9mm程度
であり、かつこの位置では端板がコンクリートに固定さ
れていない為、強度的に必要な定着性能が確保されない
等の問題を残している。
