れる為、効率的な応力伝達機構を持つ耐震性の高い杭頭
接合構造が形成される。 ◇定着具の杭頭端板上に高く突出しているので、杭の沈
設作業時に定着具に付着する泥土、及びソイルセメント
等を除去清掃するのが容易である。 ◇杭の施工結果に対して、後付け定着による杭頭処理が
可能な状況を確保した上で施工できるので、確実かつ無
駄がない。 ◇割砕(カットオフ)に伴うプレストレス量の減少によ
る強度低下と抗体損傷がない。 ◇従来の端部構造のプレストレストコンクリート杭にそ
のまま適用できる。 ◇構造上(経済上)廉価に製造でき、杭頭割砕処理費及
び割砕に伴う中詰め補強工事費が不要になる。 ◇杭頭割砕工事等が不要であり、特殊な作業技術を要さ
ず工期短縮や現場的要請にかなう。 ◇杭頭端版に対して、定着具は下方方向の力で圧しかつ
雄ねじの螺入は、PC鋼棒に接触圧により上下方向の力
を与えかつPC鋼棒の上方端部へ下方方向の力を作用す
るので堅固な定着ができる。 以上のように、本発明は、杭頭と基礎スラブとの接合技
術において、接合性能・安全性を向上でき、杭頭処理工
法に多大な有用性を提供する価値ある優れた発明という
べきである。
