Claims (1)
とから構成され、 上記センサユニツトは透磁性物質によつて湾曲
形成したヨーク1の両端に取り付けた一対の永久
磁石2と、上記一対の永久磁石の磁極間に介設し
た磁気抵抗素子3と、上記ヨーク1の両端部を所
定角度回転自在に支持する本体4と、上記ヨーク
1の湾曲部分に一端が係止され該ヨークを回転原
位置に復帰させるべく他端が固定部材に係止され
るバツクスプリング11とから成り、 上記センサユニツトの駆動手段は、上記ヨーク
1の湾曲形成部分にその先端20aを固設した円
弧形状のガイド20と、上記ガイドの基端20b
にその基端22bを固着して上記ガイドの先端2
0a側に案内されるベルト22と、上記ベルトの
先端22aが固着されそのガイドの基端20b側
の基端23cが被測定部材と係合し直線移動する
と共に上記本体4と一体的に形成した枠体24に
支持される棒部材23とから成ることを特徴とす
