Claims (1)
イド方向にスライドしうる浮上部材と、上記固定
部材に固定されて上記スライド方向に伸びる固定
側永久磁石と、この固定側永久磁石の磁極と微少
間隙を隔てて対向し、かつ、この磁極と反対の磁
極を有し、上記浮上部材に固定されて上記固定側
永久磁石と平行に伸びる浮上側永久磁石とを備え
た磁気浮上式スライド機構において、上記固定側
又は浮上側永久磁石のいずれか一方又は双方を上
記スライド方向に沿つて複数個に分割するととも
にこれら分割された磁石の隣接するものの端面同
志の間に磁力線を遮断するに充分な間隙を形成し
