第1図は本考案に係る通電用転がり軸受の第1
の実施例を示した断面図、第2図は、上記実施例
に使用する通電シールの一断面形状を示した図、
第3図は、上記通電シールと内輪の摺接状態を示
した図である。第4図は本考案に係る通電用転が
り軸受の第2の実施例における通電シールと内輪
の摺接状態を示した図である。第5図は、本考案
に係る通電用転がり軸受、および、従来の通電用
転がり軸受の電気抵抗値の経時的変化を比較して
示すグラフ、第6図は、従来の通電用転がり軸受
における通電シールと内輪の摺接状態を示した図
である。 G……通電用転がり軸受、1……通電シール、
2……基端部、4……摺接部、9……第1リツプ
、10……第2リツプ、11……外側軌道輪、1
2……内側軌道輪、13……転動体。

Claims (1)
- 外側軌道輪および内側軌道輪間に転動体を組込
み、通電グリースが封入されている転がり軸受に
おいて、上記外側軌道輪と内側軌道輪を、導電性
を有する通電シールによつて電気的に導通させる
通電用転がり軸受であつて、上記通電シールは、
その基端部が一方の軌道輪に支持されると共に、
その摺動部が他方の軌道輪に摺接し、かつ、上記
摺接部は、その先端部が二又状に分かれて第1リ
ツプ、第2リツプを形成し、該2つのリツプが上
記他方の軌道輪に摺接することを特徴とする通電
用転がり軸受。
