The conventional waterproof structure for exterior walls is achieved by filling the joints formed between wall panels with a sealant to close the joints, but with this structure, cracks or cracks in the sealant occur due to deterioration of the sealant. If delamination occurs, there is a disadvantage that rainwater will immediately enter the interior through the joints, and the waterproof performance of the building directly depends on the durability of the sealing material, so it is not possible to ensure long-term waterproof performance. That is, in the present invention, the wall panels 1 and 1 on the upper and lower floors are arranged with a small gap 2 in between, and the drain plate 3 is arranged between the wall panels 1 and 1 on the upper and lower floors, and the indoor end of the drain plate 3 is arranged between the wall panels 1 and 1 on the upper and lower floors. At the same time, a rising piece 4 is formed on the back side of the wall panel 1 on the upper floor, and a water piece 5 is formed on the outdoor side end of the draining board 3, and a water piece 5 is formed on the front side of the wall panel 1 on the lower floor.

A sealing material 6 is filled between the draining board 3 and the lower end surface of the wall panel 1 on the upper floor so as to close it from the outdoor side.
The outer wall is formed by forming a cavity 7 surrounded by a wall panel 1, and forming a vertical flow passage 8 that opens at the upper and lower ends in each wall panel 1 to communicate the flow passage 8 with the cavity 7. The above objective has been achieved through a waterproof structure.

The present invention will be explained in detail below with reference to Examples. As shown in the attached diagram, the wall panel 1 on the upper floor and the wall panel 1 on the lower floor are arranged vertically with a small gap 2 in between. A draining board 3 is provided extending from the side to the back side of the wall panel 1 on the upper floor. A rising piece 4 is bent and formed on the upper part of the draining plate 3 and is in contact with the back surface of the wall panel 1 on the upper floor, and a water cutting piece 5 is formed in a bent manner at the lower part of the draining plate 3. A sealing material 9 is filled between the tip of the water section 5 and the surface of the wall panel 1 on the lower floor.
A sealing material 6 is filled between the draining board 3 and the lower end surface of the wall panel 1 on the upper floor so as to close the small gap 2 from the outdoor side, and the wall panel 1 on the upper floor and the wall on the lower floor A closed cavity 7 surrounded by a sealing material 6 and a rising piece 4 is formed between the panel 1 and the panel 1 . A pipe 10 is inserted vertically into each of the wall panels 1, 1 on the upper and lower floors, and a through hole 11 is bored in the draining plate 3 at the position where the pipe 10 comes into contact with the inside of the pipe 10. A flow path 8 formed in is in communication with the cavity 7.

Therefore, the sealing material 6 and water cutter 5 filled between the wall panels 1 and 1 on the upper and lower floors and the wall panel 1 on the lower floor
Normally, the connecting portion of the wall panels 1, 1 is waterproofed by a sealing material 9 filled between the surfaces of the wall panels 1 and 1.

If the sealing materials 6 and 9 deteriorate and crack or peel off, rainwater will enter the interior through the small gap 2, but in that case, the rising piece 4 of the drain plate 3 will prevent rainwater from entering the building. In addition, the rainwater accumulated in the cavity 7 is then discharged outdoors from the part where the sealing material 6 is peeled off, or is drained into the flow path of the wall panel 1 on the lower floor. 8 and is discharged to the outside from the peeled part of another sealing material 6.

As mentioned above, the present invention arranges a water cutter between the wall panels of the upper and lower floors, so that the rising piece of the water cutter stands up on the back side of the wall panel of the upper floor, and the water cutter is placed between the wall panels of the lower floor. Since the sealing material was placed on the surface side and filled between this water cutter and the wall panel on the upper floor, the connecting part of the wall panels was waterproofed by the rising piece of the water cutter, the water cutter, and the sealant. In addition, a cavity was formed between the wall panels on the upper and lower floors, and this cavity was communicated with a flow path formed in the wall panel, so that rainwater could not enter the interior and accumulate in the cavity. Rainwater can be drained to the outside through the peeled portions of the sealant and channels, ensuring the building's waterproofness over a long period of time.
