Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a drainage structure of a glass block panel used for a wall material or the like for the purpose of lighting or decoration.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 6, this conventional glass block panel has a metal frame 3 made of a metal material such as stainless steel or aluminum, fixed to an opening formed in the housing 1 of the structure. Glass blocks 7 are stacked in this order on the inner circumferential surface of the metal frame 3 from the bottom, and are constructed by laminating while filling a bonding material 8 such as mortar in the upper, lower, left and right joints. Reference numeral 2 denotes a sealing material such as polysulfide or silicone rubber, which is filled in the outdoor gap between the opening of the housing 1 and the outer periphery of the metal frame 3 at the finishing stage of construction. Reference numeral 6 denotes a sealing material such as polysulfide or silicone rubber, which is filled in the gap between the inner periphery of the metal frame 3 and the glass block 7 on the indoor side and the outdoor side at the finishing stage of construction. Reference numeral 5 denotes a hollow portion formed in the lower frame 3A of the metal frame 3.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Normally, rainwater does not enter the glass block panel and the room because it is blocked by the sealing materials 2 and 6 and waterproof and joint joints, but due to deterioration of the sealing material, etc. When rainwater enters the panel, it accumulates in the groove 4 of the lower frame 3A of the metal frame 3. Conventionally, the groove portion 4 of the lower frame 3A of the metal frame 3 is not provided with a drainage structure such as a drain hole, and the water accumulated in the groove portion 4 may eventually overflow and enter the room.
[0004]
An object of the present invention is to provide a drainage structure for a glass block panel that can reliably drain water to the outside with a simple configuration even if rainwater or the like enters the glass block panel.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a metal frame fixed to the opening of the housing and a plurality of layers integrated in the metal frame and integrated with a bonding material filled between the joints. in the glass block panel of the glass block, formed on the exterior side of the metal frame side below the glass block mounting surface and the placing surface of the metal frame a drain hole provided Rutotomoni, on the mounting surface water A drainage plate that covers the drainage hole and has a drainage groove formed on the lower surface for guiding the water on the placement surface to the drainage hole is divided into a plurality of pieces and laid on the placement surface .
[0006]
As described above, if water drainage holes are provided on the glass frame mounting surface of the metal frame and the metal frame side surface on the outdoor side below the mounting surface, even if rainwater or the like enters the glass block panel, This water is collected on the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame, and is drained to the outside through the drain hole on the side of the metal frame outside the mounting surface through the drain hole on the mounting surface. Furthermore, if the drainage plate is laid as described above, the drain hole formed in the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame is prevented from being blocked by the bonding material filled between the joints of the glass block. it can. Even if rainwater or the like enters the glass block panel, the water flows down from the gaps between the drain plates because the drain plates are divided and laid on the mounting surface. It is guided to the drainage hole on the mounting surface through the drainage groove, and is surely drained to the outside through the drainage hole on the side of the metal frame on the outdoor side below the placement surface.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. The same parts as those in the conventional example shown in FIGS. 5 to 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. 1 to 2, 1 is a housing of a structure, 2 is a sealing material, 3 is a metal frame, 4 is a groove, 5 is a hollow portion, 6 is a sealing material, 7 is a glass block, 8 is a binding material, 9 and 10 Indicates a drain hole.
[0010]
The characteristic part of the present invention is that a drain hole 9 communicating with the hollow portion 5 is formed in the groove portion 4 of the lower side frame 3A which is the glass block placement surface of the metal frame 3, and the lower side below the placement surface. That is, a drain hole 10 communicating with the hollow portion 5 is formed on the side surface on the outdoor side of the frame 3A. On the bottom surface of the hollow portion 5 of the lower side frame 3A, an inclined surface 5a that is inclined downward toward the drain hole 10 toward the outdoor side is formed.
[0011]
According to this embodiment, even if rainwater enters the groove portion 4 of the metal frame 3 through the bonding material 8, the water flows down from the drain hole 9 of the groove portion 4 to the hollow portion 5, and along the downward inclined surface 5a. The water flows down and is drained to the outside through the drain hole 10 on the side surface on the outdoor side. For this reason, water does not collect in the groove 4 of the lower side frame 3A, and is quickly drained. Accordingly, not only the deterioration of the bonding material 8 but also problems such as water leakage to the indoor side can be reliably solved.
[0012]
3 to 4 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the drainage plate 11 is divided into a plurality of grooves 4 in the lower side frame 3A to be the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame 3. It is laid. A drainage groove 12 is formed on the lower surface of the drainage plate 11 (the surface facing the groove portion 4). The drainage groove 12 matches the drainage hole 9 of the groove portion 4 and covers the drainage hole 9. It is laid like this. This drainage groove 12 allows water that has entered the groove 4 of the lower frame 3A, which is the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame 3, to flow from the gap 13 between the drainage plates 11 and 11 to the lower surface of the plate. In addition to a single line, a plurality of lines can be formed in parallel, and the shape of the groove is not limited to a straight line, but can be set as appropriate, such as a curved line or a lattice. it can.
[0013]
According to this embodiment, the water that has penetrated into the binder 8 flows down from the gap 13 between the drain plates 11 to the lower surface of the plate 11, is guided to the drain holes 9 through the drain grooves 12, The water is drained from the drain hole 10 through the hollow portion 5. For this reason, the water that has entered the glass block placement surface of the metal frame 3 can be drained more effectively than in the above embodiment.
[0014]
In particular, since the drainage plate 11 is laid in the groove portion 4 so as to cover the drainage hole 9, the drainage hole 9 can be prevented from being blocked by the bonding material 8 of the glass block 7. Therefore, drainage can be further improved.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the drainage holes are formed on the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame and the side of the metal frame on the outdoor side below the mounting surface. Even if it enters the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame through the binder or water, the water flows down from the drain hole on the mounting surface and drains to the outside from the drain hole on the side of the metal frame on the outdoor side. . Therefore, water does not accumulate on the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame, but is quickly drained, and problems such as deterioration of the bonding material can be solved. Moreover, according to the present invention, the drainage formed on the lower surface of the drainage groove that covers the drainage hole formed on the glass block placement surface of the metal frame and guides the water on the placement surface to the drainage hole. Since the plate is divided into a plurality of pieces and laid on the mounting surface, the drain hole formed on the glass block mounting surface of the metal frame is blocked by the bonding material filled between the joints of the glass block. Can be prevented.
