本考案は建物外壁における水切り構造に関す

建物の外壁を形成する窓ガラスは通常はサツシ

に埃8がたまり、雨時にこの埃が雨水と一緒に外
壁を流れ、その途中で付着してしまうことがあ
る。そのため、第3図のように埃がたまりやすい
凸部をなくしたデザインや水を切りやすいデザイ
ンも工夫されているが、窓ガラス面に沿つて上か
ら下へ流れ落すことには変りなく、建物外壁の汚

つサツシの本体部に設けた雨樋に開口しており、
上記開口部の上面は雨樋に向かつて下り傾斜の水
切り勾配を有しており、窓ガラス面の雨水を上記
開口部よりサツシ本体部に設けた雨樋に導き排出
するようにした建物外壁における水切り構造を提

導き排水するように構成されているので、窓ガラ
スの表面に付着している埃を降雨時に雨水と一緒
にサツシ内部の雨樋に導くことができる。これに
より窓ガラス表面に付着している埃が降雨時に雨
水により次々に下部の窓ガラス面あるいは建物の
外壁を形成しているパネル面を流れ落ち、これら
の表面に付着し汚染するのを防止できる。特に埃
の汚染が目立ちやすい熱線反射ガラスに対する実
