すなわち、本考案の外壁パネルの水切構造は、

すると共に捨水切3の屋外側に下方へ折曲して形
成した水切下片5を階下外壁パネル2の表面側に
配置し、階上外壁パネル1の下端面と捨水切3と
の間に形成される隙間内に防水材7を充填し、折
曲加工にて基片10の上端部に取付片11が設け
られると共に基片10の下端部に水切片12が設
けられた化粧水切8を防水材7の屋外側に配設
し、化粧水切8の取付片11を階上外壁パネル1
の下端部に固着し、基板10の裏面より突設され
た係止片16を階下外壁パネル2の上部に突設さ
れた水切受14の受片15に係止して成るもの
で、化粧水切8によつて一次防水を行い、防水材
7によつて二次防水を、さらに水切上片4によつ
て三次防水をすることにより上記目的を達成した

に固着したので、化粧水切によつても防水するこ
とができ、防水性能を向上することができるもの
であり、しかも防水材は化粧水切によつて屋外側
から覆われることになり、シーリング材等の防水
材が雨水や光によつて劣化することがないもので
あり、長期に亘つて防水材の機能を発揮させるこ
とができると共に劣化によつて外観を損なうこと
がないものであり、また、化粧水切は取付片と係
止片の固定によつて上部と下部がそれぞれ階上外
壁パネルと階下外壁パネルに連結されており、外
壁パネルへの取付けが確実なものとなるものであ
り、しかも、係止片と水切受けとの連結部分は水
切片の存在によつて下方から見たような場合にも
見えるようなことがなく、さらに、化粧水切は折
曲加工にて基片の上端部に取付片を設けると共に
基片の下端部に水切片が設けられるように形成さ
れているため、外形形状が変化に富んだものとな
つて取付部分の意匠効果を高めることができるも
