    １３，２０を挿置する開口１０ａを設け、その開
    口１０ａの内部に挿置されるヘツドレストステー
    ガイド１３，２０をシートバツクフレーム１１に
    固定し、このヘツドレストステーガイド１３，２
    ０の天板部１３６，２０ａから連通するヘツドレ
    ストステーの挿入孔１３４と開孔１２ａを整合さ
    せてシート表皮１２をクツシヨンパツド１０に被
    着すると共に、そのシート表皮１２を介してヘツ
    ドレストステーガイド１３，２０の天板部１３６
    ，２０ａにヘツドレストステーＳの差込み孔１４
    ａを有するアウターカバー１４，２１を固定した
    ことを特徴とするヘツドレストステーガイドの取
    付構造。
