Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 上端にフランジを有する容器本体と、この
フランジにシールされたシート状の蓋材からなる
液体容器において、前記蓋材が少なくとも１層が
１軸延伸フイルムで構成される積層フイルムで構
成されており、その蓋材の前記１軸延伸フイルム
の延伸方向の一端にタブ部を形成すると共にその
タブ部の根本に延伸方向に延びる少なくとも２箇
所の切り込みを設けたことを特徴とする液体容器
。 (2) 前記切り込みが、フランジと蓋材とのシー
ル部の中に達していることを特徴とする請求項１
記載の液体容器。
