As stated in Publication No. 18192, there are 2 parts on the police car body.
It is equipped with one chemical solution (grout) hose, two corresponding nozzles, and one air hose. For this reason, with the two-component chemical solution commonly used for this type of water stop agent, only a single water stop agent can be injected (injected). In this case, as the two-component chemical solution, a relatively inexpensive cement solution and an expensive acrylic solution are known. Therefore, when it is desired to carry out repairs by injecting two types of chemical solutions, it is necessary to first pull out the packer from the conduit and bring in a separate packer.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, damage such as cracks that occur in a single sewage pipe is not limited to one location, and large and small damage may occur in succession. many. For this reason, with the above-mentioned patch car that can only inject a single type of water stopper (two-component solution), it is necessary to inject an expensive acrylic solution even in the case of a large damaged area. Of course, each time we take out the police car (carry out),
It is possible to bring in a separate pack car that can inject a water sealing agent suitable for the damaged area, but this is not actually done because it is difficult to work with.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides a method for repairing sewage pipes in which a water stop agent is sprayed from an air packer positioned at a damaged area while monitoring a TV car brought into the premises. Three chemical liquid valves, four chemical liquid hoses connected to these into which two types of two-component solutions can flow, and at least one air hose are connected, and the four chemical liquid hoses are connected to a ground position. The water is guided to two types of two-component solution tanks mounted on the water stop truck, and an inexpensive two-component solution such as cement solution is applied to large damaged areas, and an expensive two-component solution such as acrylic solution is applied to small damaged areas. The solution is continuously injected into the conduit by switching between two sets of chemical solution hoses among the four chemical solution hoses.

<Function> By adopting the repair method as described above, when a police car approaches the damaged area based on the surveillance of the TV car, if the damaged area is large, an inexpensive two-way repair method can be used.
A liquid solution (cemeton liquid) is ejected from a chemical valve through two chemical hoses by driving a predetermined pump, and serves as a water stop agent outside the car to repair damaged parts. In addition, if the damaged area is small, an expensive two-component solution (inorganic solution such as acrylic solution) can be sprayed out from the chemical valve via two other chemical hoses by driving a predetermined pump. When mixed in pipes, it becomes a water stop agent and repairs damaged areas. However, in the case of a two-component cement liquid, the two chemical liquid hoses are placed near a single chemical liquid valve, and the two chemical liquid hoses are mixed in advance using a chuck valve or the like, and the mixture is ejected from the single valve. Therefore, if this packer and chemical supply means are used, even if a single sewage pipe has successive large and small damages, repairs can be made in sequence according to the damaged locations.

In this state, by operating the winches C and C, the television car 15 and the air pack car 1 are moved appropriately through the sewer pipe A, and the monitor car waiting on the ground displays the pipe situation on the air pack car 1 taken by the TV car 15. (not shown), and the air pack car 1
The front and rear bulges 1b, 1b of the air packer 1, which are directed to the front and rear positions of the damaged part D, are placed directly under the damaged part D such as a crack or water leakage part, and are used to drive the compressor 10 of the water cutoff vehicle 6. air hose 5,
It is inflated with pressurized air supplied through 5' and brought into close contact with the wall of sewer pipe A. In addition, the water stop agent 17 to be filled in the damaged part D should be a solution depending on the damage situation (for small damage, an acrylic solution should be used)
In case of major damage, use cement liquid for economical use). In addition, this type of water stop agent 17 is a so-called two-component solution that is a combination of a hardening agent type solution and an accelerating agent type solution (for example, acrylic solutions A and B, cement solutions A and B, etc.). ). Incidentally, when the bulging parts 1b, 1b of the air packer 1 inflate to a predetermined pressure, a sensor (not shown) provided at the tip of the pilot air hose 5' operates, and the air of the compressor 10 is released via the control device 11. <Effects of the Invention> As described above, the method of repairing sewer pipes by injecting a water stop agent according to the present invention includes at least three chemical liquid valves of air packers and four chemical liquid hoses that can use two types of two-component solutions. By using a connection type that leads a specified air hose to four solution tanks containing at least two types of two-component solutions, a relatively inexpensive cement solution can be used to repair a large portion of the damaged area. It is placed between sewage pipes to act as a water stopper, and because it requires less filling in small damaged areas, it is possible to use expensive acrylic solutions with good permeability, making it extremely economical. It could be a repair. Of course, at this time, the solution flowing into each chemical solution hose is provided by independent agitation of four solution tanks mounted on a water stop wheel, and a two-component independent system that supplies the solution to the chemical solution valve via an independent chemical solution hose. Therefore, it does not solidify during the hose supply stage, and even if there is a large or small damaged part in the sewage pipe, it is sufficient to send and squirt the prescribed solution each time. In other words, once the air packer has been delivered to the sewer pipe, it is sufficient to simply advance it a predetermined distance without changing the air packer so that it can apply the appropriate chemical solution to the damaged area, allowing for proper repairs and improved workability. In addition, this repair method
This can be done remotely by appropriately operating a water stop truck, monitor truck, winch, etc. located on the ground, and it has the same effect as the conventional use of an air pack car.
