PURPOSE:To make cutting-off of water between a partition wall and a screw- knotted reinforcement feasible with low tightening torque by preparing a water- stop packing composed of a packing member entirely made of elastic material and having an insert through hole for inserting the screw-knotted reinforcement therethrough and a washer similarly having the insert through hole. CONSTITUTION:A water-stop packing P is formed of an annular packing member 1 entirely made of elastic material and having an insert through hole H at tis center for inserting a screw-knotted reinforcement S therethrough and a washer 2 having the insert through hole (h) at its center for inserting the screw-knotted reinforcement therethrough and installed to the packing member along an end face 10 on the one side of the packing member 1.
