Abstract

Referring to fig. 1, a formwork device for sealing an outer wall opening at the edge of a floor slab comprises an outer formwork 1, a handle rod 3, a bolt rod 4 and an inner formwork 5 which are connected to the outer formwork 1 and located in the opening 2, and referring to fig. 2 and 3, the outer formwork 1 comprises a first plate sheet 11 and a second plate sheet 12, the first plate sheet 11 comprises a first plate sheet 11 and a first rotating shaft seat 13 arranged at the end part of the first plate sheet 11, the second plate sheet 12 comprises a second plate sheet 12, a second rotating shaft seat 14 arranged at the end part of the second plate sheet 12 and a fixed connecting plate located at one side of the first plate sheet 11 far away from the opening 2, the first plate sheet 11 and the second plate sheet 12 are respectively attached to an outer wall skin, a rotating shaft rod 15 penetrates through the first rotating shaft seat 13 and the second rotating shaft seat 14, two ends of the rotating shaft rod 15 are fixed through limit nuts 16, a gap 17 is arranged between the first rotating shaft seat 13 and the second rotating shaft seat 14 in a staggered manner, the handle rod 3 is connected to the rotating shaft rod 15 through the gap, the bolt rod 4 is screwed in the first threaded hole 18 and the second threaded hole 19.
The structure of the outer die 1 is designed and the handle rod 3 is connected, the outer die 1 can be adjusted after penetrating out of the hole 2 from the inner side, and the outer die 1 can form a template for blocking the hole 2, so that a scaffold does not need to be erected outdoors again for personnel to stand for carrying out the operation of erecting the hole 2, the process is simple, a large amount of manpower and material resources are saved, the construction period is shortened, and the method has prominent substantive characteristics and remarkable progress.
One side of the connecting part of the first plate sheet 11 and the second plate sheet 12 close to the hole 2 is provided with a self-adhesive coiled material 6, so that slurry leakage during pouring of grouting material can be prevented.
Sponge strips 7 are respectively stuck to the parts of the first plate pieces 11 and the second plate pieces 12 which are stuck to the outer wall skin, so that the tightness of plugging is ensured.
The third threaded hole is formed in the rotating shaft rod 15, the handle rod 3 is connected in the third threaded hole in a threaded mode, and the handle rod 3 is convenient to mount and dismount.
The handle rod 3 and the bolt rod 4 are respectively sleeved with the sleeve 8 at the positions in the hole 2, so that the handle rod 3 and the bolt rod 4 can be separated from grouting material, and the template can be conveniently detached and used in a turnover manner.
The first plate 11 and the second plate 12 are in shape structures made of hard plastic, are high in rigidity and can be folded to a certain degree.
The size of the opening 2 is 150mmX200mm, the heights of the first plate piece 11 and the second plate piece 12 are 250mm, the first plate piece 11 and the second plate piece 12 are respectively lapped on the outer wall skin for 25mm, the thicknesses of the first plate piece 11, the second plate piece 12 and the fixed connecting plate are respectively 20mm, the thicknesses of the first rotating shaft seat 13 and the second rotating shaft seat 14 are respectively 12mm, the rotating shaft rod 15 is phi 8mm, the handle rod 3 is phi 6mm, the size is reasonable, and the outer die 1 can penetrate out of the opening 2.
A construction method of a template device for plugging an outer wall hole at the edge of a floor slab comprises the following steps,
step one, manufacturing the size of an outer die 1 according to the size of a hole 2, overlapping a plate I11 and a plate II 12 on an outer wall skin by 25mm, wherein the height direction of the plate I and the plate II is higher than the hole by 250cm, the thickness of a rotating shaft seat is thinner than the thickness of the plate I11 and the plate II 12, and connecting a handle rod 3 on the rotating shaft in a threaded manner;
step two, the plate I11 and the plate II 12 are closed, the outer die 1 penetrates out of the inner side of the hole 2 by utilizing the handle rod 3, and the outer die 1 penetrates through the hole 2 in an inclined mode;
step three, adjusting the first plate piece 11 and the second plate piece 12 to be tightly attached to the outer wall skin by using the handle rod 3, and pressing the first plate piece 11 by using the fixed connecting plate to realize adjustment;
step four, screwing the bolt rod 4 into the first threaded hole 18 and the second threaded hole 19;
fifthly, alternately holding the handle rod 3 and the bolt rod 4 by hands, and sleeving a sleeve 8 on the bolt rod 4 and the handle rod 3 respectively;
sixthly, mounting the multilayer board 51, the double battens 52, the horn pouring opening, the cushion steel plate 54 and the locking nut 53 of the inner mold 5;
seventhly, pouring from the horn pouring opening to the hole 2 to plug the hole 2;
and step eight, disassembling the mold, namely disassembling the locking nut 53 of the inner mold 5, and then realizing the turnover use of the template device.
