ユプル増幅回路を構成する出力トランジスタが過
熱状態になつたことを検出する温度検出回路とを
備え、過熱状態で前記出力トランジスタが熱で破
壊されるのを防止する電力増幅回路において、 前記温度検出回路が所定温度になつたことを検
知した時に発生する温度検知信号に応じて前記バ
イアス供給回路をオフさせる第1の手段と、 前記温度検知信号に応じて前記プツシユプル増
幅回路の駆動トランジスタをオフさせる第2の手
段と、 前記第1及び第2電源が異常状態の時に発生す
る電源検知信号と基準信号とを比較する第3の手
段と、 前記第3の手段の比較信号に応じて前記バイア
ス供給回路及び前記駆動トランジスタをオフさせ
る第4の手段と、 を備えたことを特徴とする電力増幅回路。 (2) 前記第1及び第2電源は、夫々正電源及び
