図中、1はパルス発振器、2は電源増幅用トラ
ンジスタ、3は負荷、4は電源、5はベース電流
、6はホトカプラー、7は開閉器、8は電圧設定
用抵抗である。尚、図中同一あるいは相当部分に
は、同一符号を付して示してある。

電圧を検出するホトカプラーと、ホトカプラーか
らの信号を受けて電源を遮断する開閉器とから構
成され、電力増幅用トランジスタのコレクタ〜エ
ミツタ間電圧が異常に上昇した場合に、上記の電
力増幅用トランジスタが破壊されることを防ぐよ
