になつたことを検知した時に発生する検知信号に
応じて前記バイアス供給回路をオフさせる手段と
、前記検知信号に応じて前記プツシユプル増幅回
路の駆動トランジスタをオフさせる手段とを設け
、過熱状態において前記出力トランジスタが熱で
破壊されるのを防止したことを特徴とする電力増
