Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一端にノズルをまた他端に原料投入口をそ
れぞれ備えた加熱シリンダ内にスクリユーが挿入
され、該スクリユーにはスクリユーを周方向に回
転させる駆動モータと、後側ポートからシリンダ
本体内に圧入される作動油によつてピストンを動
かしてスクリユーを上記ノズルに向けて軸方向に
移動させる油圧シリンダが付設されるとともに、
上記シリンダ本体の上記後側ポートの反対側に設
けられた前側ポートと上記後側ポートに第1配管
と第2配管が個々に接続され、上記後側ポートの
第2配管に切換え弁を介して油圧ポンプが連絡さ
れた射出成形機の射出装置において、上記油圧シ
リンダはピストンの両側にロツドが取り付けられ
た両ロツド式とされ、かつ上記ピストンの後側ポ
ート側の受圧面積は前側ポートの受圧面積よりも
大とされるとともに、上記第1配管と第2配管が
バイパス管によつて相互に連絡自在とされたこと
を特徴とする射出成形機の射出装置。 (2) 駆動モータが油圧モータによつて構成され
、かつ該油圧モータは第3配管により上記切換え
弁に接続されるとともに、上記切換え弁には、油
圧モータの作動時に第2配管に接続されてスクリ
ユーの後退に背圧をかけるリリーフバルブが接続
されたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
