DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a decorative transfer foil, and more specifically, a transparent peeling layer is applied on the hairline of a synthetic resin film having a hairline with a parallel uneven pattern on the entire surface, Next, transparent printing with a predetermined pattern is applied to a part of this release layer to make the surface of the release layer smooth, and then a vapor deposition layer and an adhesive layer are applied to this printing and the entire surface of the exposed release layer around it. The present invention relates to a transfer foil characterized in that it is constructed by integrally laminating layers in sequence.

In conventional transfer foils, a hairline consisting of a line-like uneven pattern for decorative purposes is applied to the entire surface of one side of the film, and a release layer, vapor deposition layer, or lamination layer is directly applied on top of this hairline. were constructed by laminating layers in order, so when this transfer foil was used to transfer onto the surface of a synthetic resin molded product, a vapor-deposited hairline pattern appeared on the entire surface of the molded product, making the whole thing extremely monotonous. Therefore, there were drawbacks such as limitations in the purpose and range of use of decoration. In order to improve this drawback, various methods have been proposed in which hairlines are applied only to a part of the film, but it is completely difficult to apply hairlines in a predetermined pattern or only in other parts except for a predetermined pattern. It was hot.

The transfer foil according to the present invention is a completely new technology developed in view of these drawbacks of the conventional technology, in particular, it erases a part of the hairline formed on the entire surface of one side of the film in a desired pattern. The present invention relates to a completely new transfer foil that makes it possible to decorate the surface of a transfer-decorated molded article by mixing parts with and without hairline patterns.

In particular, in the past, since the front side of the molded product was decorated, there was a risk of peeling or scratches due to friction, etc., but in the present application, by decorating the back side of the molded product made of transparent resin, this problem can be avoided. This makes it possible to prevent peeling and scratches.

To specifically explain one embodiment of the transfer foil according to the present invention with reference to the drawings, in FIGS. A synthetic resin film 2 on which a hairline 1 having an uneven pattern is formed serves as a base. In constructing the transfer foil A of the present application, as shown in the figure, a transparent release layer 3 is laminated on the entire surface of the hairline 1 of the film 2, and then, on this release layer 3, for example, the layer shown in FIG. The uneven surface of the release layer 3 corresponding to the hairline 1 is buried by partially applying transparent printing 4 having a pattern consisting of a predetermined figure a, letter b, etc. at a predetermined position as shown in FIG. Then, a metal vapor deposition layer 5 and an adhesive layer 6 are sequentially applied to the entire surface of the print 4 and the peeling layer 3 exposed around it, and these are integrally laminated to form the transfer foil A of the present application. Can be configured.

When using the transfer foil A of the present application and manufacturing the molded product B, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a transparent molded product 7 is prepared by molding the transfer foil A configured as described above using a transparent resin in advance. The adhesive layer 6 is placed so as to be in contact with the back surface of the molded product 7, and the adhesive layer 6 is bonded to the back surface of the molded product 7 by heating and pressurizing them.Next, when the film 2 is peeled off from the molded product 7, the film 2 is peeled off. layer 3
The release layer 3, printing 4, vapor deposition layer 5, and adhesive layer 6 are separated from the film 2 and thermally transferred to the molded product 7 by the action of You can get B.

In the above embodiment, a case has been described in which the transfer foil A is thermally transferred, but instead of thermal transfer, the transfer foil A is interposed in the mold in advance, and synthetic resin is injected into it to mold the molded product 7. At the same time, it is also possible to manufacture by a so-called injection molding method, in which the adhesive layer 6, the vapor deposition layer 5, the printing 4, and the release layer 3 are transferred and decorated on the back surface.

On the back side of the molded product B manufactured by the process described above, a release layer 3 having an uneven pattern corresponding to the hairline 1 is exposed on the entire surface, but since this release layer 3 and the printing 4 are transparent, Since the opaque vapor deposited layer 5 on the back surface appears as it is on the surface, the vapor deposited layer 5 corresponding to the print 4 appears as a smooth glossy surface, and the surrounding vapor deposited layer 5 has an uneven pattern corresponding to the hairline 1. It can be made to appear as a vapor-deposited hairline.

In the above embodiment, the vapor deposited layer 5 was applied to the entire surface of the transfer foil A and the back surface of the molded product B. In the case of a transparent structure, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 9, printing 4 is carried out during the process of manufacturing the transfer foil A as described above.
A vapor deposition removal layer 8 made of a vapor deposition removal agent such as a water-based ink mixed with an inorganic substance is interposed between the vapor deposition layer 5 and the vapor deposition layer 5 in a pattern such as a predetermined character or figure, and then washed. 8 and the vapor deposited layer 5 laminated thereon are removed integrally, thus forming this part as a transparent part where the vapor deposited layer 5 does not exist,
It is possible to manufacture a transfer foil A' that partially has a transparent portion. Also, by using this transfer foil A', it is possible to obtain a decorative molded article B' which partially has a transparent portion d. The transparent part d mentioned above
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, it is possible to provide it on a part of the vapor-deposited glossy surface or on the entire surface thereof.

As mentioned above, the transfer foil according to the present invention prints on the upper surface of the release layer corresponding to a part of the hairline on the back side of the film, thereby embedding the uneven pattern provided on the entire surface in a predetermined pattern. Furthermore, since it is constructed by laminating a vapor deposition layer and an adhesive layer on top of that, when this is transferred to the back side of a molded product, a glossy surface with no hair lines appearing on a part of the decoration can be created in a predetermined pattern. Therefore, it is possible to change the decoration by this,
Furthermore, when a predetermined vapor deposition removal layer is interposed between the release layer and the vapor deposited layer, a part of the layer is transparent without the vapor deposited layer, thereby making it possible to reveal the printing underneath. Since the back side of the transparent molded product is decorated, there is no fear of peeling or scratching due to friction, etc.
