  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 圧縮機の下流に凝縮器を設け、この凝縮器の下
    流に１段又は適宜段数の気液分離器とカスケード
    熱交換器を設け、その下流に蒸発器を設けてなる
    １段又は適宜段数の気液分離型超低温用の冷凍装
    置において、 前記凝縮器は水冷式凝縮器であり、その冷媒出
    口側に温度センサを設け、この温度センサからの
    信号によつて、冷凍装置の運転を停止させる制御
    装置を具備してなる前記冷凍装置。
