共に各音叉部に対応させてそれぞれ複数の電極を
設け、各音叉部の間にこの音叉部への相互の圧電
振動の伝播を減衰させる弾性結合減衰手段を介在
させ、且つ上記各音叉部に対応する複数の電極を
カスケード接続してなることを特徴とする圧電フ
