There is an invention disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 56-187441 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-91891) filed by the present applicant.
The method of this invention involves laminating a fabric by dry lamination or the like on the vapor deposition surface of a metal vapor deposition base material from which the metal vapor deposition layer can be peeled off, and then peeling off the metal vapor deposition base material and the fabric and winding them up separately. The gist of this method is to form a metal vapor deposited layer on the surface of the fabric, but the fabric used must at least not be stretchable, and should not be a stretchable knitted fabric, such as a tricot knitted fabric. When a cloth is used, it is not possible to transfer a uniform and beautiful metal deposited layer due to its stretchability.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned points, and provides a beautiful and appropriate breathability for fabrics such as stretchable knitted fabrics, which were conventionally thought to be unable to transfer beautiful metal vapor deposition. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a stretchable fabric having metal vapor deposition transferred thereon, which can also transfer metal vapor deposition.

That is, the gist of the present invention is as follows:
At the step of adhering the stretchable fabric via an adhesive onto the vapor deposition surface of the metal vapor deposition base material onto which the metal vapor deposition layer can be transferred,
The fabric is held in a non-shrinking state with an open ear member, and then the two are bonded together, and when the adhesive is in a semi-hardened state, the metal vapor deposition base and the fabric are separated and the metal vapor deposition layer is transferred to the fabric side. Then, the fabric to which the metal vapor deposition layer has been transferred is passed between a pair of pressure rolls, the metal vapor deposition layer is pressed between the loops of the fabric, and the adhesive is completely cured. A method for producing a transferred stretch fabric;

In the drawings, reference numeral 1 denotes a stretchable fabric, for example, a knitted fabric such as tricot knitting, which is fed out from a feeding roll 2 at a constant feeding speed.
The fabric 1 is run over guide rolls 3, 4, 5, and 6 over open-selvedge members such as screw expander rolls 7 and flat expander rolls 8, and is held in a state in which the fabric itself does not shrink. Then, a metal vapor deposited base material 9 with dry lamination applied on one side is fed out from this and the other side.
and the first
It is also wound up with the winding roll 11. After this rolled-up laminated material 12 has been aged for a predetermined period of time, it is fed out again from the feeding roll 13 and when the fabric 1 and the metal vapor-deposited base material 9 are peeled off, the metal vapor-deposited layer has been transferred to the fabric side. The fabric to which the metal vapor deposited layer has been transferred is flat expander roll 1.
After being crimped with a predetermined pressure with a press roll 16 without shrinkage in step 5, it is again wound onto the take-up roll 18 side with a flat expander 17 without shrinkage. The material 9' (however, since the metal vapor deposited layer of the metal vapor deposited base material 9 has already been transferred to the fabric side, it is essentially only a supporting film) is wound up by another winding roll 14.

By the way, the metal vapor deposited base material to which the metal vapor deposited layer used in the present invention can be transferred is, for example, a metal vapor deposited layer such as aluminum on a mold release agent layer 21 coated on a synthetic resin film 20, as shown in FIG. 22, or as shown in FIG. 6, a synthetic resin film 20 is coated with a top coat layer 23 via a release agent layer 21, and then a metal vapor deposited layer 22 is provided thereon, and further, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, there is a synthetic resin film 24 with good releasability and a metal vapor deposited layer 22 provided thereon, but it is not limited to these. Any vapor-deposited layer may be used as long as it can be transferred onto the fabric surface.

Here, as the synthetic resin film used for the metal vapor deposition base material, for example, films of polyester, polyethylene, polystyrene, biaxially oriented polypropylene, acrylic, etc. are suitable, and as the release agent, cellulose acetate, nitrified cotton, acrylic wax, etc. Further, metals such as aluminum are suitable as the metal to be vacuum-deposited, and examples of synthetic resin films with good mold release properties include biaxially oriented polypropylene blended with an appropriate amount of silicone resin.

Note that the selvedge opening member refers to screw expander rolls, flat expander rolls, tenters, cross guiders, etc., and is used to prevent the elastic fabric from shrinking and to increase the width (both selvage areas) of the fabric. These are used alone or preferably in combination as shown in the above examples.

In this way, the stretchable fabric to which the metal vapor deposited layer has been transferred, which is produced through the above-described procedure, has a beautiful metal vapor deposit layer transferred thereto, and the metal vapor deposit layer digs into the fabric's edges, making it microscopic. In particular, the metal vapor deposited layer has holes throughout, so it has adequate breathability.
Because of this breathability and the heat insulation properties of the metal vapor deposited layer and the fabric, it is generally used in a wide range of applications that require heat retention and appropriate breathability, for example, as a material for clothing.

(2) In addition, in the fabric to which the metal vapor deposited layer produced according to the present invention has been transferred, the metal vapor deposit layer digs into between the loops that make up the fabric, and microscopically, the metal vapor deposit layer has holes in various places. Therefore, it has appropriate breathability, and the breathability and heat retention (thermal insulation), which is the inherent property of the fabric and the metal vapor deposited layer, are optimal properties for clothing materials. Can be used for a wide variety of purposes.

(3) Furthermore, in the present invention, opening members such as screw expander rolls and flat expander rolls are prepared before bonding the metal vapor-deposited base material and the fabric, and the fabric to which the metal vapor-deposited layer has been transferred is prepared. This can be carried out by simply preparing an opening member such as a flat expander roll before winding up the roll, so it is extremely rational as conventional equipment can be used as is.
