ため前記吸気箱を燃料タンク下方に設ける場合は

起因して吸気箱とエンジンの燃焼室とを結ぶ吸気
通路の長さを十分長くできない不具合を解消する
ことにある。すなわち、V形エンジンや水平対向
形エンジンを搭載した自動二輪車に、車体構成に
大きな変化を加えることなく、しかも、吸気通路
が短くなつて吸気の充填効率が低下するのを避け
るようにして大型の吸気箱を設置することを目的
