第１図は、本考案に従うフイン・チユーブ式熱
交換器の一例を概略的に示す正面図であり、第２
図は、第１図における−断面要部拡大図であ
り、第３図は、第１図の要部拡大図である。第４
図は、従来のフイン・チユーブ式熱交換器におけ
る偏平チユーブとプレートフインとの組付状態を
説明するための第２図に対応する断面図である。 １０…ヘツダ、１２…偏平チユーブ、１４…プ
レートフイン、１６…端縁、１８…切欠き。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 相互に所定の距離を隔てて水平方向に重ね合わ
された、上下方向に延びる多数のプレートフイン
に対し、水平方向に延びる偏平チユーブが上下に
相互に所定の距離を隔てて多数組み付けられてな
る構造のフイン・チユーブ式熱交換器であつて、 前記プレートフインが、伝熱媒体の流通方向の
下流側の端縁から上流側に向かつて所定の角度で
上傾する形態で形成された、前記偏平チユーブの
幅寸法と同等乃至それよりも深い切欠きを有し、
且つ前記偏平チユーブが、かかる切欠きの奥所に
収容された状態で該プレートフインに組み付けら
れて、該切欠きの上縁が該偏平チユーブの上面よ
りも前記伝熱媒体流通方向下流側に延び出させら
れてなることを特徴とするフイン・チユーブ式熱
交換器。
