Claims (1)
シリンダが配設されたスライドの各部位のベツド
に対する高さ位置をそれぞれ検出する複数のスラ
イド位置検出手段と、スライド高さ位置指令と前
記複数のスライド位置検出手段の検出値との各偏
差に基づき対応する油圧シリンダをそれぞれ駆動
する複数の駆動系とを具えた油圧プレスのスライ
ド駆動装置において、 前記複数の駆動系のなかの1つの所定の駆動系
で求めた偏差と当該駆動系で求めた偏差との偏差
をそれぞれ求め、該求めた偏差を駆動系間偏差と
して出力する偏差演算手段と、 駆動系間偏差が大きくなるに伴いゲインが増大
する関係が予め設定され、入力される駆動系間偏
差に対応するゲイン値をもつて前記スライド高さ
位置指令と当該スライド位置検出手段の検出値と
の各偏差を可変増幅する補償手段と、 を前記1つの所定の駆動系以外の駆動系に具える
ようにしたことを特徴とする油圧プレスのスライ
ド駆動装置。 (2) 前記補償手段には、ゲインが駆動系間偏差
に比例する関係が予め記憶されている請求項(1)

で求めた偏差と当該駆動系で求めた偏差との偏差
をそれぞれ求め、該求めた偏差を駆動系間偏差と
して出力する偏差演算手段と、 前記スライド高さ位置指令と当該スライド位置
検出手段の検出値との偏差が所定の基準点以下の
とき第1のゲイン値をとり、該偏差が前記基準点
以上のときこの第1のゲイン値より大きい第2の
ゲイン値をとり、かつこの基準点が前記駆動系間
偏差に略比例した量だけ偏差が小さくなる方向に
シフトする関係が予め記憶され、前記スライド高
さ位置指令と当該スライド位置検出手段の検出値
との各偏差を該偏差に対応する前記関係のゲイン
値で可変増幅する補償手段と、 を前記1つの所定の駆動系以外の駆動系に具える
