Claims (1)
- ダイプレートのダイ孔内に複数のコアロツドを
配設し、このダイ孔内に粉末材料を充填して、ア
ツパーパンチにより加圧することにより、コアロ
ツドに対応する複数の縦孔を備えた成形品を成形
する粉末成形用金型において、前記コアロツドの
基端部を、コア立ての上面に設けた挿入穴内に挿
入し、前記コア立てを、ダイベースに固定される
コアホルダの上部にその中心部を中心に回転可能
に取付けるとともに、コア立て上部からコア押え
を設けて、このコア押えをコアホルダに螺合し、
コアロツドをコア立てに固定したことを特徴とす
る粉末成形用金型におけるコアロツドの固定構造
。
