Claims (1)
- ダイの上、下面から上側ポンチ、下側ポンチで
加圧し、筒状の圧粉成形品を成形する圧粉成形用
の金型において、下側ポンチには中ピンが移動可
能な孔を軸方向に設けると共に、中ピンを上側ポ
ンチ側に付勢し、上側のポンチには前記中ピンの
先端が嵌入可能なガイド孔を設け、上側ポンチの
下降にともない、前記中ピンを移動可能にしたこ
とを特徴とする圧粉成形用の金型構造。
