移動に支障のない隙間を除いて槽頂部を覆うように蓋を
設けるとともに、この蓋で覆われた二重槽内上部に槽内
を移送される仕切板及び凝固する豆乳の上表層を加熱す
るための加熱手段を配設し、トラフ状凝固槽内を移送さ
れる豆乳を槽外側壁内及び槽内上部に設けた加熱手段に
て調温加熱して均一に凝固させるようになしたことを特
徴とする豆腐の自動連続製造装置。
